Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Colorify ("the service") at colorify.site. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Colorify uses an AI model to add color to black-and-white manga, comics, and images you upload. Results are automated and may vary in quality; color choices are the model's interpretation and may not match any "official" coloring.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You may use a limited free tier without an account. Signing in with Google creates an account and grants additional free credits. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Credits & Payments

• 1 credit colorizes 1 page or 1 image. Credits do not expire.
• Free credits are provided at our discretion and may change.
• Paid credit packs (coming soon) are processed by Razorpay or Stripe.
• Refunds: if a colorization fails due to a fault on our side, the credits are not consumed. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once used; for billing issues, contact us and we will review in good faith.

4. Your Content & Acceptable Use

You must own or have the right to use any content you upload. You agree not to upload material that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not authorized to colorize. You are solely responsible for your uploads and for complying with the copyright of original creators.

5. Intellectual Property

You keep all rights to the content you upload and to the colored results. We do not claim ownership of your work and do not use it to train our models. The Colorify name, site, and software remain our property.

6. File Retention

Uploaded files are deleted within 1 day and colored results within 7 days. Download your results promptly. We are not responsible for files lost after these periods.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular color accuracy, uptime, or that the service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colorify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
